Saturday morning was positively pleasant
as we drove off to the Crick Boat Show.
At this time of the year there's May blossom galore,
white and pink in rich green foliage.

This stretch of the GU Leicester Line is truly delightful.
We passed Karen and Darren (aka "The Arrens") in Cream Cracker
Arriving yet again at the top of Foxton Locks...
On the other side of the canal, a swan was sitting on her eggs...
Our return journey to Yelvertoft was just as pleasing as the outward.
